About me
I started my business after university in 2011 where I studied Nutrition. At the end of my degree, a tragic incident occurred & I realised there was more to life than working, socialising, sleeping & eating.
From that moment I invested a lot of my time researching into the mind-body connection.
My passion resides in Vibrational Medicine which is an umbrella term for all kinds of healing. Due to my scientific background I like to find the link between that, healing & the spirituality.
I continue to evolve & expand my knowledge on this area to help myself & others on health promotion, for all we truly want is health, love & happiness.
